More Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various areas of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
